Terms of Service
**1. Acceptance of Terms** By joining and using the MyZipity platform, you agree to follow these guidelines. If you do not agree, you cannot use our private platform.
**2. Purpose & Who Can Join**
MyZipity is a private community for like-minded believers and patriots to connect locally, build real-world community activity, and make a difference.
3. Zip Codes & Verification
To help us maintain a secure community and protect our members, we kindly ask that you provide an accurate zip code and phone number during registration. Verification calls may be conducted to ensure authenticity and keep unwanted activity off the platform. Accounts with inaccurate information may be removed, and harvesting, scraping, or exporting member lists is strictly prohibited.
**4. Ground Guidelines & Bad Behavior**
We can instantly kick out anyone who is a hostile disruptor, stalks others, or misuses the directory for unapproved commercial or political spam.
**5. Real-World Meetups & Safety**
We provide a digital map, but we do not run background checks. You are responsible for your own safety and actions when you meet people offline. The platform is provided “as-is.”
**6. Intellectual Property**
Our brand, code, and design belong to MyZipity. You keep ownership of what you post, but you let us display it on the site.
**7. Privacy & Data**
We protect your data according to our privacy policy. Do not export or share member lists outside the platform.
**8. Changes to Guidelines**
We can update these guidelines whenever needed. Keeping your account means you accept the changes.
**9. Governing Law**
Any legal issues will be handled under our operating jurisdiction.
**10. Age Limit (13 and Older)**
You must be at least 13 years old to join (in compliance with COPPA). Minors aged 13 to 17 need parent or guardian permission and supervision.
**11. No Direct Following (Use Offices & Groups)**
There is no direct “following” or direct messaging of random users. All connections happen by joining local Groups or visiting regional Offices.
**12. The Office Dashboard**
Every member, group, and organization has an “Office” dashboard. This is your home base to find groups, watch videos, and view updates.
**13. Video Uploads & Ownership**
You can upload videos to your Office if you own the rights to them. We can remove any video that breaks guidelines or overloads our server.
**14. Video Limit (Max 6)**
Each Office is allowed a maximum of **six (6) active video uploads** to keep the platform running smoothly.
**15. 3rd-Party Videos & Copyright**
You can link external videos if you follow their terms and copyright laws. MyZipity is built for active community participation, not endless scrolling.
**16. Messaging & Anti-Spam**
Internal messaging must be respectful. **No spamming, bulk messages, or unsolicited selling** in profiles or groups. We will ban spammers.
**17. Document & Flyer Uploads (Max 2)**
You can upload up to **two (2) active flyers or documents** from your Office to share with neighbors, churches, or local political candidates through word-of-mouth.
**18. Promotional License**
By uploading content, you grant us a license to feature portions of your media in MyZipity promotional materials and highlight reels to promote our mission.
**19. Account Closure & Data Access**
If you leave MyZipity, you can request a data export. Once closed, your profile, Office, and active uploads will be removed from the directory.

**21. Group Types (Public, Private, Hidden)**
Groups can be set to:
* **Public:** Anyone can see and join.
* **Private:** Visible in search, but requires approval or joining.
* **Hidden:** Completely hidden from search; join by invite or link only.
**22. Indemnification**
You agree to protect and hold harmless MyZipity and its operators from any legal claims or issues caused by your content, flyers, or online/offline activities.
**23. Dispute Resolution**
Any legal disputes will be handled through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not in court or class actions.
**24. Independent Platform & Corporate Independence**
MyZipity is strictly a community-driven platform designed to foster local activity, connection, and grassroots impact. We are entirely independent, have **no corporate sponsors or outside advertisers**, and are not influenced, funded, or controlled by commercial interests. Our pricing structure ensures a completely level, independent playing field where community members, local groups, and independent leaders connect purely on merit.
**25. Pre-Launch Goal & Membership Fee**
Our goal is 1,000 foundational members before going fully live. Afterward, a small monthly fee will apply to all members to fund our private platform tools.

MyZipity Privacy Policy
**1. Introduction**
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. These privacy guidelines explain what information we collect, how we use it, and how we keep it safe on our private platform.
**2. Information We Collect**
To maintain a trusted community, we collect specific details when you register your account and create your Office, including:
* Your real name and contact details.
* Your valid zip code and phone number for regional directory placement and verification.
* Profile details, custom Office content, videos, flyers, and messages you choose to share.
**3. How We Use Your Information**
We use your information strictly to operate and secure the MyZipity platform, which includes:
* Placing you in the correct local zip code directory and regional groups.
* Verifying your identity and blocking bad actors or unverified accounts.
* Managing your Office dashboard, video uploads, and flyer limits.
* Sending essential platform updates and announcements.
**4. Directory Visibility & Regional Firewalls**
MyZipity is a regional directory designed to connect neighbors. Your office profile and Office are visible to other verified members within your network, subject to specific platform protections:
* Retailer Offices are hidden from competing retailers.
* Political Offices are hidden from competing political entities.
* Group privacy settings (Public, Private, or Hidden) control how group information is shared.
**5. Data Security & Anti-Scraping**
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data. Because this is a private community directory, **scraping, harvesting, exporting, or sharing member lists outside the platform is strictly prohibited** and will result in immediate account termination.
**6. Third-Party Sharing & Corporate Independence**
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to outside advertisers, commercial databases, or corporate entities. Because **MyZipity has no corporate sponsorship or outside advertisers**, your data remains completely independent and free from commercial exploitation. We only share information when required by law or to protect the safety and security of our community operators and members.
**7. Cookies and Tracking**
We use basic cookies and session tools strictly to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and ensure the platform functions smoothly. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
**8. Children’s Privacy (COPPA Compliance)**
MyZipity is strictly for users **13 years of age and older**. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Minors aged 13 through 17 must have parent or guardian permission and supervision.
**9. Account Closure & Data Access**
If you choose to leave MyZipity or close your account, you have the right to request access to your personal data or a final export of your information before termination. Once closed, your profile, Office, and active uploads will be removed from the active directory.

We may update these privacy guidelines from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates your agreement to the revised guidelines.
MyZipity – Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
Notice: This agreement applies exclusively to all private members on this platform
1. Purpose & Scope
This NDA Agreement is entered into between MyZipity and all members.
2. Definition of Confidential Information
“Confidential Information” includes all non-public, high-level data accessed in an administrative or gatekeeping capacity, including but not limited to:
Backend platform architecture, operational tools, and proprietary configurations.
Unreleased developmental roadmaps, pre-launch strategies, unique concept models, and internal communications.
Restricted user databases, verification logs, internal directories, and Pioneer-specific tracking data.
3. Strict Operational & Anti-Misappropriation Obligations
The MZ member or agrees to:
Maintain absolute secrecy and handle all Confidential Information with the highest security standards.
Never copy, harvest, export, leak, screenshot, or distribute platform data, member rosters, or internal strategies to outside parties, public forums, or commercial entities.
Strictly prohibit the unauthorized commercial use, replication, or adaptation of MyZipity concepts, structures, or methodologies for personal enrichment, monetary gain, or deployment on external websites, independent apps, or competing platforms.
Limit the use of Confidential Information strictly to authorized MyZipity administrative duties.
4. Exclusions Confidential
Information does not include information that has become legally and publicly known through no violation of this Agreement by the Operator.
5. Enforcement & Direct Legal Remedy
The parties acknowledge that standard administrative measures alone can be insufficient to protect proprietary platform concepts and data. Therefore, any breach of this NDA by an MZ member or including any attempt to monetize platform concepts elsewhere—will result in immediate termination of platform access, permanent revocation of status, and immediate pursuit of all available legal remedies, monetary damages, and injunctive relief.
6. Governing Law
This NDA Agreement shall be governed under our operating jurisdiction.
